I had the privilege of photographing my friend's family at his grandmother's 90th birthday party! Wow! Can you just imagine all she has seen? I Googled 1919 and found these things that happened the year Mrs. Holland was born....The first Miss America was crowned, the Treaty of Versailles was signed that ended World Word I with Germany, US President Woodrow Wilson suffers a stroke that leaves him partially paralyzed and A&W Root Beer was introduced.
